Vukuzenzele is community-centred housing development started more than a decade ago by the Federation and uTshani Fund. It is situated on piece of land on corner of Weltevreden and Lansdowne roads. The property is located on the Wetton-Lansdowne-Philippi corridor. The property was zoned for residential, commercial including petrol station, community facilities. The residential component has since been completed with 250 subsidised houses and services such as roads, water, electricity, sewerage.
